See What Social Networks Drive Traffic To Your Site

social traffic from Google Analytics

Want to know which social networks are driving traffic to your site in Google Analytics? You can find out a couple different ways:

  • Navigate to Traffic Sources > Social > Sources in GA.
  • Use this custom report I created.

Then you can compare that against this list I compiled of all the social networks I could find in GA.

Caveat: If you’re not logged in to the Google account associated with your analytics account, the custom report link will generate a nasty 404. To remedy this, either log in to your GA account or copy it to the browser you’re logged in to by right-clicking the link and choosing Copy Link Location.
