I was in a family chat with my kids a few months ago and wanted to create a video meme and searched high and low how to do it. I even tweeted at @TechSmith to see if it was possible in Camtasia. I had figured it out except for one annoying glitch: I couldn’t adjust the canvas in only one direction to get that Polaroid effect.
But they said no. 🙁

However, my daughter, Destinee, figured out a workaround, and I created my video meme. I was insufferably self-satisfied as I sent it to my kids.
So I thought I’d share how to do it, so that you, too, can be insufferable!
